Project Summary

Multiple Electrical Services had purchased a raw 600 m2 factory with the goal of creating a multi-level, multi-purpose facility to support their critical role in providing 24/7 emergency backup for all Brisbane-based hospitals. They needed workshops, offices, storage, and breakout spaces, all compliant with council requirements. FMF designed and built two mezzanines - one of them two storeys high, creating three functional levels in total. The layout included dedicated workshops underneath, a series of offices and breakout areas above, extensive racking systems, and three staircases for access and safety. FMF also worked with council to secure fast-tracked approval due to the project's essential role in hospital operations. The result was a fully integrated headquarters capable of supporting complex electrical manufacturing and rapid-response service delivery, ensuring the company could meet the stringent demands of the healthcare sector.
