Prolux Electrical 42 Square Metre

The factory had limited ground-floor storage, with equipment, vehicles and trailers competing for space. The unit was approximately 6.6 metres high, leaving valuable vertical space unused.

FMF installed an approximately 8m × 5.3m mezzanine with stairs and a pallet gate. The new floor allowed equipment and materials to be stored overhead, freeing the ground level for vehicles and daily operations.

Prolux Electrical operates from a compact factory that combines warehouse storage with downstairs and upstairs office areas. FMF installed a custom mezzanine to make better use of the building’s height and increase usable storage without requiring a larger premises.
