Project Summary
JWA Oil was running out of office space and needed their operational staff to be closer to the warehouse floor while still enjoying the same quality workspace as those in the main building. They brought in FMF to design and build a mezzanine office above an existing toilet block, modernising the facilities below into a lunchroom and meeting space. The fit-out included a kitchenette, TVs, fresh air delivery systems, power, and custom timber stairs with colourbond sheeting to match the surrounding structure. This approach not only created a high-quality, integrated office but also maintained comfort and visibility for staff, with practical touches like concealed stair undersides for future storage. The result was a functional, attractive space that seamlessly connected warehouse and office operations.
