South Sydney sites are typically compact, high-value and heavily constrained — tight yards, shared driveways, limited laydown space and strict operating requirements. Many facilities run live with constant inbound/outbound movement, trade counter traffic, and delivery scheduling shaped by airport/CBD congestion. Staging and documentation discipline matter, because downtime is expensive and compliance is non-negotiable.
We deliver in complex, regulated environments — coordinating certifiers, approvals and live-site staging — with the same discipline whether your project is 20 m² or 2,000 m².
We deliver speed, transparency, and quality with no disruption—working seamlessly across industries and projects of all sizes.

We deliver engineered mezzanines across South Sydney — from fast, small installs to high-discipline live-site programmes in and around Mascot, Alexandria, Botany and Rockdale, plus surrounding airport-adjacent industrial estates.
Many South Sydney projects operate in tight footprints where access, noise and scheduling matter as much as the steelwork. We plan installs to keep egress clear, protect customer-facing areas, and maintain safe movement around loading zones — with after-hours options where site rules or traffic constraints demand it.
Over 150 mezzanines delivered since 2018 · Fixed quotes · Staged installs · Certifier-ready documentation
From design and engineering to fabrication, installation, and council approval, we handle everything—seamless delivery, compliance, and cost-effective mezzanine solutions. Here’s what our clients have to say:
Once your plan is locked in, we manage your full project
These workstreams run in parallel or as needed for your site and programme. No rigid sequence — we coordinate the lot.
Same documentation discipline at every scale — from 20 m² platforms to multimillion-dollar programmes.
Sydney conditions are generally low-corrosion, but many sites experience high wear from forklift traffic, pallet impacts, dust, and intermittent moisture around roller doors or wash-down areas. We specify hot-dip galvanised structural steel as standard, with upgraded coatings or stainless fasteners where operations involve chemicals, wet processes, food environments or aggressive cleaning regimes.
Stair and handrail components are selected for durability and cleanability, and penetrations and interfaces are sealed to suit local building conditions. At handover you’ll receive an O&M pack with coating data sheets and care guidelines so assets retain their finish and performance over time.
We’ll return a fixed quote and a proposed install window.
